Membership Enrollment & Billing
Enrollment & Annual Fees
- All new and returning memberships have an enrollment fee of $49.
Annual Facility Support Fee:
Every April 1st, an annual fee is charged to all active memberships—including paid-in-full and lifetime plans:
$30 — Single & discounted memberships
$50 — Couple memberships
$75 — Family memberships
*New members will be prorated for this fee at the time of joining.
Monthly Billing
Debit/credit card payments include a 3.99% processing fee.
To avoid this fee, choose EFT (bank routing + account number) for automatic withdrawals.
Discounted Memberships
- Discounted memberships are available.
- Valid ID proof is required to qualify when signing up.
- Students <18yo REQUIRE a parent/guardian present to join.
Cancellation Policy
- To avoid an additional end-of-month charge, cancellations must be completed by the 17th of the month.
- Cancellations must be done in person at our front desk during staffed hours.
Access to the Facility & Checking In
- Download the “Gymdesk” membership app from your app store. This will have your digital membership card for checking in, as well as front door access.
- To gain access, click the “access” button along the bottom of the app. Select “Hybrid Strength Front Door”. Push and hold down the button until the button turns green and the door clicks. If you receive an “error” message, close the app and try again. If you receive a “declined” message, you will need to stop at the front desk to speak with staff about your account.
