There are NO contracts. . Memberships are paid in full, or month to month.

You must be at least 14 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 16 you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you are 16-18, a parent or guardian must co-sign your waiver to workout by yourself.

Yes! Clients working out at our facility while personal training with one of our trainers, DO NOT need a membership. HOWEVER, should the client want to workout at our facility on days they are not with their trainer, they will be required to purchase a day pass OR purchase a gym membership. We offer a day pass for the price of $15. They can be purchased directly from our home page. Sign up within 3 days and we’ll credit your day pass fee toward your first month of membership.

You can bring a guest only during staffed hours by purchasing a day pass at the front desk or from our home page. Please note that violation of this rule will result in membership termination.

No. Connecting your music to the speakers in not allowed since it will shut off the main music to the gym when you leave. Members caught doing will have their membership terminated.

We’re 24/7/365! When you become a member you will receive key fob access that allows you to train at the gym any day/time. Our current Office Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-10pm, Saturday 7am-7pm, and Sunday 9am-7pm. Yes. We offer men’s and women’s locker rooms with full bathrooms and showers.

Members must cancel by the 17th of the month to avoid another end-of-month charge to their account. Please stop by the front desk during staffed hours and we will assist you with your cancellation request.

We offer limited memberships so freezing an account is not an option at this time.

You may pay cash for paid in full memberships, however a card is required to input you into the gym mangement system. Month to month memberships REQUIRE a credit card or bank account information on file.
